GCI Rocker Troubleshooting Guide

If your GCI Outdoor Rocker has begun to click or squeak, try one of these methods and you'll likely be back to rocking noise-free in no time!

For a Freestyle Rocker or FirePit Rocker, please see the instructions below.

If you hear a clicking sound:

  • Try tightening these bolts (See areas labeled 1 in diagram).

If you hear squeaking, try one of the following methods:

  • Using silicone spray, spray around the top of the shock (See area 2 in diagram). *Tip: You can typically find silicone spray at a hardware or home improvement store.
  • Or, using WD-40, spray a small amount on where the bottom portion of the frame connects to the "ski" (See area 3 in the diagram).

If your rocker is still making a noise after trying the above methods, please submit a warranty claim.
