OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Your order is as important to us as it is to you, which is why we make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. GCI Outdoor offers free ground shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and are charged a rate of $50 per item.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently ship orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the order and location it is shipping to. After an order is processed, most will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders shipping to a military base in the United States will be shipped via USPS.
Items in order may ship separately.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email with the information when your order has been processed. A separate email will be sent once your order has shipped with the tracking information. If you have not received these emails, please Contact Us.
SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
Only the Universal Large Mouth Bag and the SitBacker Extension Straps are eligible to ship to a PO Box.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges, instead, please return your product for a refund and place another order for the correct product. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for more details.
