Can I Leave My GCI Outdoor Products Outside?
Our chairs are not made with weatherproof materials, so prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, or other weather conditions can cause the fabric to degrade.
If your chair gets wet, we recommend allowing it to dry fully before folding and storing it. Please be aware that some parts of our tables and chairs contain steel, which may rust if not stored indoors after use.
Our canopies are not designed to be waterproof and should not be used in heavy rain. Rainwater may pool in the fabric and potentially damage the cover or frame, and this damage is not covered under the warranty.
As a reminder, our products are intended to be treated as gear that should be kept indoors when not in use. Continued exposure to the elements will void the warranty and accelerate wear and tear on the materials.

Why Does My Side Table Have an Opening on the Corner?
The official purpose of this opening on the Freestyle Rocker™ with Side Table and the Freestyle Rocker XL™ with Side Table is deigned to hold a Wine Glass in place without falling over. We also include a cup and bottle holder on some models.

Our products are manufactured from top-grade materials consisting of: aluminum and steel, nylon, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyethylene and polyester fabrics.
What Is the Difference Between a Steel and Aluminum Frame?
Steel offers the advantages of being more durable and affordable, while aluminum is lightweight and rust-resistant.
What Is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is a process whereby an electrostatically charged powder or paint is applied to the tube exterior and then “baked” at extreme temperatures to assure a durable and aesthetic tube finish.
What is Proposition 65?
Proposition 65 (also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm and requires businesses to put labelled warnings on products that may expose Californian consumers to chemicals in that list. These warnings are to help consumers make informed decisions about possible exposure to chemicals used on products.
All of our products are in accordance with Prop 65 law and are labeled appropriately. Any products that are required to show the label are visible for the consumer.

If you purchased your item directly from our website and it arrived damaged, whether due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, please contact us.

Warranty
What Does the Warranty Cover?
All GCI Outdoor products come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
LevrUp Canopy Specifics:
- Frame: 3 Years
- Fabric & Bag: 1 Year
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Aesthetic damage like fading or rust
- Misuse, alterations, or improper storage
How Do I Submit a Warranty Claim?
Have a defective product? Here’s what you’ll need to submit a claim:
- Your contact information
- Photos of the product, damage, and proof of purchase
- The product’s PO# (found on the inner product tag)
Please don’t throw the item away! Keep it until the warranty process is complete.

How Do I Find the Product’s PO Tag?
To locate your product’s Purchase Order (PO) Number:
- Look for a small, narrow tag positioned beneath the larger product tag.
- This is typically found under the left side of the seat.
- Gently pull the larger tag to the side to reveal the PO tag underneath.
The PO# will usually be a 5-digit number, or a combination of letters and numbers if the item was purchased through a retailer.
Do You Offer Replacement Parts or Fabric?
At this time, we do not stock replacement fabric or parts for our chairs and other products. As a result, most items cannot be repaired once damaged.
However, we do offer a limited selection of accessories and parts for purchase. These include:
• Universal Large Mouth Bag
• SitBacker Extension Straps
• SunShade Accessory
Due to the proprietary design of our products, we are unable to provide other replacement parts. Below are the primary reasons for this policy:
• Safety – Improper installation or repair can create safety risks.
• Technical Limitations – Most consumers may not have the tools or expertise required for safe repair.
• Proprietary Parts – Part versions vary by model and may be discontinued or incompatible with newer designs.

Are There Exceptions to Free Shipping?
Yes. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. A $50 per item shipping charge applies to these locations.
