GCI offers a limited warranty to purchases made within USA and Canada. Warranty claims for purchases made outside USA and Canada must be directed to the retailer, dealer or distributor of purchase.

DISCLAIMER: Outlet, Clearance and Closeout products are final sale and not covered under warranty. To enhance fairness and accuracy, we use artificial intelligence (“AI”) based image analysis tools to assist in reviewing warranty claim photos, with all final decisions made by our human team.

USE GUIDELINES

Products are for personal, single-user, recreational use within posted weight limits. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have health concerns.

Our products should be stored indoors when not in use. Sun damage and extended exposure to the elements will void the warranty and contribute to natural breakdown of materials.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

The GCI Outdoor (GCI) limited warranty covers only GCI branded products against manufacturing and material defects for 3 years from the date of purchase. It applies only to products purchased new from an authorized GCI retailer and only to the original purchaser.

This warranty is non-transferable. Products bought secondhand, at garage sales, or from unauthorized sellers are not covered. Outlet, clearance and closeout items are also not covered by this warranty.

GCI Outdoor Tables, Chairs & Cook Stations:

  • 3 Year Limited Warranty (Claims within 90 days of purchase should be made with the retailer)

LevrUp Canopy:

  • Frame: 3-Year Limited Warranty
  • Canopy Fabric & Roller Bag: 1-Year Limited Warranty

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear & tear of product
  • Broken handles, straps, cupholders, pockets
  • Damage to the SunShade Accessory or chair carry bag (see replacement parts)
  • Natural breakdown of colors (fading) & Materials, including rust
  • Improper care including, but not limited to, abuse, rips, burns, alterations, disassembly and/or moisture damage
  • Use for a purpose for which it is not intended
  • Products unable to be verified within 3 years of purchase
  • Products that have been disposed of or discarded prior to authorization

GCI is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising out of or resulting from the use of a GCI product.

WARRANTY SHIPPING FEES

  • Within 1 year of purchase: Free Shipping (contiguous U.S.)
  • 2-3 years: $20 shipping fee (contiguous U.S.)

Alaska, Hawaii & Canada:

  • Shipping fees apply to all claims, including within the first year.
  • Contact support for a quote.

Shipping fees are calculated after claim approval and must be paid before the replacement ships

CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

You must present the following for your claim to be considered: Failure to submit a complete and accurate form may result in delays.

  • Product Possession: You must still have the product until instructed otherwise.
  • Purchase Date: Must have been purchased within 3 years of claim date
    • Either verified by proof of purchase (receipt photo) or 
    • PO number with product tag image
  • Photos Required:
    • Clear image of the defect or damage.
    • Full product photo (open and facing the camera)
    • If submitting multiple items, include one photo showing all products together

Additional documentation may be requested.

Warranty requests are considered for defects in product manufacturing and products will be replaced at GCI’s Discretion

FILING A CLAIM

  1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form on our website. Refer to our How to Submit a Warranty Claim guide for assistance. 
  2. Attach all required photos and proof of purchase
  3. If submitting multiple products, include all in one form with individual details (PO number, model, warranty reason, etc.). 

Information Required:

  • Contact Info: Name, email, shipping address (no P.O. Boxes), phone number
  • Product Info: Retailer/purchase location, purchase date, model name/type, PO number, warranty reason
  • Photos:
    • Full product open and facing the camera
      • If submitting multiple products, all products side-by-side in one frame 
    • Defect close-ups
    • Proof of purchase (including date and product info) or PO tag

After submitting:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your claim is received.
  • Didn’t get it? Contact Us
  • Need to send more photos? Reply to your confirmation email with attachments.

THE CLAIM PROCESS

Processing warranty claims can take up to 4 weeks depending on the time of year.

Communication

  • All updates are sent to the email provided in your claim.
  • Respond promptly to avoid delays and check your Spam/Junk folder if needed.
  • Some claims may require additional steps based on product availability or information provided.

Evaluation

  • Claims are reviewed for warranty coverage and any related shipping fees.
  • Additional information, photos or videos may be requested.
  • You’ll be notified once your claim is approved or denied.

Replacements

  • Replacements are issued from current website stock.
  • If an exact replacement is unavailable, alternative models or colors may be offered.

Product Destruction

Once approved, you must destroy the defective product and provide photo proof before a replacement is shipped.

  • DO NOT destroy or alter your item before authorization.
  • Unauthorized destruction voids the claim.
  • Edited or AI-generated images are not accepted.
    • GCI Outdoor uses AI tools to assist image verification; all final decisions are made by our human team

Important Note

Keep your product until your claim has been resolved. GCI Outdoor cannot issue replacements if the item is discarded before completion.
